In looking at each number vibration, we certainly see different characteristics. Let's look at last year, the 9 year (2007 year: 2+0+0+7 = 9). I think we can all agree that last year was TOUGH in a number of ways! I can see you all nodding your heads right now. Believe me, I feel your pain. I was so ready to end the 9 year! Last year was a tough year because of the 9 vibration. I'm definitely not implying that this number is a negative vibration by any means, but it certainly holds powerful messages as the 9 is considered the number which invokes evolution and change. OUT with the old and IN with the new, so to speak. The 9 year vibration is a completion year or the end of a cycle. It is usually emotional and confusing in nature and is a year to make room, to clean house (inner and outer world), and to most likely face things that are NOT comfortable or easy in any way. The more I spoke with people regarding the year in general, the more I wanted to crawl out of my skin. Family issues (which is a major characteristic of the 9 vibration) ranging from miscommunication, to all-out family war; sudden illnesses to unfortunate deaths; losses of properties, homes and fortunes; restructuring of careers and home lives; survival of natural disasters, etc, etc. WOW! The more I heard, the more I wanted to crawl under my bed and wait for 2008 to arrive! But I stuck it out, just like the rest of you and here we are... a new year, a new beginning. We made it!
Hurray, the 1 vibration (2008 year: 2+0+0+8 = 10 which reduces to a 1), a time for a fresh start. The 1 year brings new interests, passions, goals and understanding. It is a year of MAJOR change! As you know the United States will have an important election this year which will sweep away old thought processes and consciousness and change the world as we know it, forever. This is the year of self awareness; the year to wake up and find your voice; to become a courageous, innovative leader and to make a difference in other's lives. The 1 year sets the tone for the rest of the 9-year cycle, so put on your happy face, have faith in self and embrace change. You may have heard the Carl Jung quote, that which we resist, persists... Well, let me tell you, nothing is further from the truth in a 1 year vibration. Stay as flexible as possible with regard to change this year. Any walls or resistance will only make things tough for you. Let yourself experience all possibilities that promote growth this year as growth only spirals and promotes further transformation. Give yourself love and acceptance; try new things; propose new ideas and watch the consciousness of the world change one beautiful step at a time.
